$1 Flea Funk Forty Five Find

A couple of years ago my friend was offered 200 UKP for this one. I found a somewhat scratchy copy at the flea this past weekend for a buck. Decent enough song, but it's a textbook example of the kind of funk 45s that non-enthusiasts love to hate: sloppy performance, lo-fi production, piss-poor pressing, ultra-rare, and very expensive. I'm pleased as punch to have acquired it so cheaply but I'll enjoy (and play out) far more the mint copy of The Coasters ON BROADWAY LP that I got the same day for a bargain of $12.
