The Big Tom 45 from Beaver made me think of this obscurity. Originally found by the Mummy, traded to me, and then sold to Dave Monroe.

We'll get a sound file up soonly, was deflected from my course last night (laundry, "The Simpsons," er, more "Simpsons," et al.) ...
Well, tehre's a sound file up now though I can't get it to work ...), but ... but to my ear, it sounds more like 1968 than 1972. Like a jazzy Siouxsie Sioux singing over some sort of psychedelic electric player piano line over a crazy bass line which I'm worried won't be as discernable as it should be in the sound file. Nigh unto home made production (not bad, per se, just cheap). I've been spinning it alongside the likes of The Shocking Blue and Brook Hall and so forth (I'm more on the mod tip, sorry) ...
